National Reading Marathon is an educational event for children around the country to enjoy books and reading for pure pleasure. On this occasion and to mark the bicentenary, the motto is: "Our values, customs and traditions. To read and write stories together. " Activity usually involved institutions attended by children, such as schools, canteens, hospitals, libraries and clubs. Read Foundation is a nonprofit organization created in 1997 with a mission to encourage reading and promote literacy among children and youth of our country, generating a lasting and positive impact on their personal development to facilitate their full inclusion in the society.
